Therapy that speaks pelvic pain, menstrual health & chronic conditions
Finally, therapy that gets the nuances of pelvic pain, menstrual (dys)function, and autoimmune, inflammatory, & dysautonomic conditions
Let’s be real. Navigating everything that is thrown up by these conditions is beyond tough and it may feel like no part of your life has been spared. Maybe you feel like:
Your sex life has been derailed and your relationship is under strain.
Navigating the medical world and treatment decisions is exhausting and overwhelming.
Nobody gets what you’re going through, not even your closest friends and family.
You’re working overtime to function. You’re just about holding things together, but you’re exhausted and worried how you’ll make it through college, keep your job, or just keep up with life.
It can be a huge relief to have someone in your corner who will hear you, believe you, and can see the whole picture. Because you’re not being dramatic. You’re not imagining it. And you don’t have to be alone in this.
HI, I’M JESSICA KRUCKEBERG, LMFT-S, CTS
You deserve support that truly gets it
Even though these conditions are so common (yep, 1 in 9 women have endo), they’re rarely spoken about and therapists that truly get what you’re living with are shockingly hard to find.
I’m an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience delivering therapy to people navigating the complex and often overlapping worlds of pelvic pain, menstrual health, chronic conditions, and sex and relationship challenges.
Therapy can’t eliminate these conditions, but it can give you a place to actually exhale and find steadier ground. A place where you can talk honestly about the physical, emotional, and relational tolls it’s taking, and anything else that’s on your mind.
With me, you don’t need to split your care between different therapists for different parts of your life. As a marriage and family therapist I hold space for the multiple relationships we manage; with other people, with the different parts of ourselves, our jobs, our cultures, and our hopes and expectations. If it’s on your mind, it belongs here. This is therapy where you can bring all of you.

Specialties
You don’t need to be alone in this. I’ve spent literally thousands of therapy hours with people navigating these complex, often overlapping worlds.

Having pelvic pain enter the scene is tough. Whether you’re knee-deep in pelvic PT, receiving another set of test results coming back ‘normal’ yet being in excruciating pain, or finally have a diagnosis but are working out what this all means, it all takes a real toll.
Together, we can make sense of what’s happening in your body and how it’s impacting your life and relationships. We’ll hold the grief, the frustration, the ‘why me?’, the pressure to keep functioning, and the fear of another disappointing doctor’s visit.
It is also a space to reclaim your power. To reconnect with your voice and agency, and sort through your feelings around treatment options with someone who actually understands what they’d entail.

If you're here, you’ve likely lived with extreme pain since you first started your periods, and been gaslit, dismissed, and left to navigate this alone for too long.
With me, you’ll find therapy that speaks your language — of flare days, nearly passing out from the pain days, and high-spoon days. Of endlessly fighting for a diagnosis that actually makes sense, navigating invasive treatments with short-lived results, and screaming into the void after being dismissed by yet another medical professional.
I’ll see you, believe you, and meet you where you are, whether that’s holding on by a thread or bone-deep tired of advocating for yourself in systems that should have your back.

Your condition(s) may be invisible, but it shapes your pace, mood, relationship dynamics, and what’s possible every day. Therapy can be the place where you name how relentless it is to go about life while navigating flares, fatigue, brain fog, and the uncertainty of it all.
Because I’ve worked closely with PTs and other medical professionals for years, I’m well-versed in these conditions. This isn’t therapy that needs a crash course in what EDS, POTS, or infusion fatigue is.
We’ll gently and honestly look at how your chronic condition is shaping your relationship to work, self-worth, identity, intimacy, and how your nervous system is doing amidst it all. Together, we can resource you with tools to steady you through life’s unpredictable rhythms.

Supervision for Therapists
Whether you're training in Marriage & Family Therapy, Sex Therapy, or both, supervision with me can hold these dual threads. I support emerging and established therapists weave systemic thinking into informed, ethical, and authentic clinical practice.

I work with people of all genders (yes, men too!)
My practice is called InHer Wisdom to honor the knowledge those identified as women have about their bodies, which sadly continues to be too often overlooked or dismissed in medical spaces.
But I want you to know that this space is for everyone. I work with people of all genders, including non-binary and trans folk, and men with a range of chronic conditions such as pelvic floor pain, EDS and autoimmune diseases.
Support can look different for everyone, and sometimes that includes the people closest to you. While you’ll notice that my main therapeutic focus is on one-to-one work, as a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified sex therapist, I am able to welcome your partner or significant others into sessions when this feels meaningful for your healing and relationships.
