InHer Wisdom
Your therapist-curated hub of empowering truths, expert information, resources, and a window into the therapy process—connecting the dots between pelvic, menstrual, and sexual health, chronic conditions, & mental well-being.
Therapist-curated tools, now available beyond the therapy room…
This space was born from literally thousands of therapy hours spent with women navigating the complex, often overlapping worlds of pelvic pain, menstrual health, chronic conditions, and sex and relationship challenges—alongside the medical trauma and gaslighting that too often come with them.
Again and again, I’ve seen how empowering it is when people have access to the right information—when they’re given the knowledge, language, self-care tools, and context to better understand what’s really going on and how widespread these issues are. It reduces shame and isolation. It builds self-compassion and self-advocacy. It opens the door to healing.
This hub brings together expert information, insights, tools, and resources I share every day in therapy sessions—things I believe everyone should have access to. Whether you’re in therapy with me, on my waitlist, or connecting the dots for yourself and others you support—this space is for you.

Who is the InHer Wisdom Subscription For?
-
This subscription has been designed with anyone navigating chronic pain, including pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and menstrual issues in mind, as well as related conditions such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), autoimmune diseases, nerve pain, endometriosis, fibroids, bladder inflammation, vaginismus, vulvodynia, and post-surgical complications.
We understand how difficult it can be to find information and therapeutic resources that truly grasp the nuances of these conditions and the complex connections between them and other aspects of identity such as neurodivergence. Having worked with countless individuals dealing with the emotional toll of chronic pain, sexual dysfunction, and the strain on relationships, this is your hub for support and tools to help navigate these challenges by a therapist who truly gets it.
